Today’s pic comes to us from the days of the NBC Mystery Movie of the early 1970s. The show is McCloud, and the episode is “Fifth Man in a String Quartet,” first broadcast on February 2, 1972. Tim is an unnamed apartment manager showing McCloud (Dennis Weaver) around the apartment of a young violinist suspected of murder.
This was the third time Tim worked with Weaver; they had previously appeared together on an episode of Gunsmoke in 1958, and in What’s the Matter with Helen? (1971).
